Job Description:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting delivery boys.
Volume hiring of delivery executives.
Map location of the delivery executives as per the requirements.
Extensive use of social media, job boards and field work to attract candidates.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, location mapping, headhunting on field, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, mapping location of delivery executive and headhunting, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Coordinates with staffing agencies for smooth on boarding and orientation.
